Founded in Cossato in 1964, for more than 50 years FILATURA LUISA 1966 guarantees to its Customers a REAL stock service in pure wool and fine blends, melange and solid colours all top dyed, in fine and ultra-fine counts, with an exemplary service in terms of quantity and time. The production of fine compact worsted spun yarns in wool or blends with noble fibres like silk, alpaca, cashmere, rawwhite and coloured, from counts Nm. 1/20 to Nm. 1/140, single or twisted counts, including crepe, sirospun, jaspè, Z twisted, is completely made inside the plant in Masserano, creating collections of fine and ultra-fine classic yarns for weaving and circular knitting, proposing classic and fancy yarns collections for knitting and weaving for each season. In the last years, unique and innovative products have been placing side by side with the traditional collections: starting from the most classic to the most eccentric fancies made with yarns in 100% wool, alpaca and silk, to the realization of yarns made using noble fibres mixed to the most strange and sometimes unknown fibers. The constant technological innovation mixed to the human factor and to the dimensions of the company, allow the continuous monitoring of the quality of the products. A constant update of the machinery united to the ancient experiences handed from specialists of Biella guarantee the best quality.
